My 2002 mitsubishi l200 is currently on a diet along with a huge power bump (from 93hp to 400hp).

I'm looking into brake calipers and rotor combination I can use that not only fit stopping power but fit under a 17 inch wheel. The caliper choices I have in mind are 17z 6pistons , 2010-2015 chevy camaro brembos, 2015 mustang gt brembos any other factory style brake caliper options are open to suggestion. Other considerations are no brake booster will be present, preferred wheel size is a 17 inch wheel, the truck is also disc front and drum rear.

My questions are

1. What calculation can I use to determine what master cylinder I can use for each?

2. Where can I find the factory offset to determine what wheels I can use for each?

Hey Nigel,

I'll answer number 2 first. I like to use this website to find factory wheel specs: https://www.wheel-size.com/size/mitsubishi/l200/2002/

Back to question number 1. We have a brake system calculator available with our "brake system design and optimisation course"

This course will teach you everything you need to know to do this upgrade and get the best setup, and the calculator we made for the course will make it very easy for you to do these calculations, especially without a booster.
