on this file i have removed all of the 3000rpm govenors i was capable of finding, i have tried damos, map pack and raw binary with no luck each time, i need a highly skilled person to help find whats causing this ecu to not go over 3000rpm in park/neutral, in drive it will go all the way to 5000rpm
