So, you have decreased the fuel pressure, the pulse width increased, the power decreased because the the EOI retarted. If you advance the injection time in this scenario, the power should increase agains?
It may improve slightly (especially at low engine speed). The effect will be muted as RPM increases. There's a reason all factory injection systems have moved from 160MPa to ~220 over the past 15 years. The atomization and short injection window of a higher pressure system is tough to beat.

Hi good day, I have question slightly of topic, but related to diesel, why is it that all big hp drag trucks have log style turbo manifold and not extractor type like what's used in gad cars where tubular manifolds are the go to when big hp is what is being the main achievement?
