2008 Ford F250 6.4 power stroke with a s366 and stock fuel it has been tuned but when I first start it up it it hazes blue bad and after it idles for a minute it with throw a cylinder 2 misfire code so I replaced a injector and it still does the same thing. I can’t figure out what is wrong with it. So I’m assuming it’s in the tune. Any advice would be appreciated.

A single cylinder misfire is rarely a tuning issue. The tune treats all cylinders the same, so usually when its a tuning issue the misfire jumps around and shows up as multiple misfires. My suggestion would be to do a cranking compression test on at least one side of the engine. If cylinder 2 shows up as the lowest, you'll know it's most likely mechanical. If not, it may be wiring related on number 2. I'm not a 6.4 guru, I know just enough to be dangerous.
