Equation Guideline

Is there a place where all the equations are listed in a printed format. Andre goes over many examples of equations but is there one central place where we can find these equations in relationship to each module?

I wonder if there could be also metric version of these equations ? At the moment I am struggling with spreadsheet to create correct conversion to metric, but have some susspisions that i might have wrong results..

Where should we look for an update on this guide? I would like to have all the most often used equations programmed into a graphing calculator to provide quick and easy access without tabbing out of my tuning software or having to access my phone.
