i want to ask about how can i increase engine RPM range of operation and does it has advantages on engine performance ?
In general you can often make more horsepower at a increased engine speed (there is a reason F1 engines once spun to 20000 RPM). Mechanically to increase the RPM, you need to have the lightweight pistons, strong rods, rod bolts and wrist pins, and the cam / valve springs have to have the right force / preload to avoid valve float. The oiling system & cooling systems need to be configured to avoid cavitation in pumps at the desired speed, too.
Engine strokes are often much shorter for high RPM engine, in order to reduce the piston speed. Piston speed (and weight of the pistons) are what increase the forces applied to the rods as the speed increases.
