Opening the throttle with constant RPM

I am wondering how you can open the throttle without increasing the RPM?

Hello it is done by using the dyno in steady-state which means setting the dyno to a controlled rpm lets say 3000 rpm then increasing the throttle position

to increase the load on the engine
