I'm looking to convert a my02 usdm WRX with ej207 swap engine to DBW using haltech 2500.
I have a few options:
-run usdm ej257 harness plug and map. Repin car harness and repin unused sensors for dbw. (Benefit is a mostly complete map that needs some scaling and sensor style changes) bonus of this is being able to swap to factory ecu for emissions testing
-run WRX harness plug and use aux harness to I/o for pedal and tb. Make changes in map for Dbw (unsure of complexity) con- basically a huge hassle to emissions test.
- maybe you have an option I'm not thinking of?
