Hi all,

I am wondering if it is okay to run PDM power wires (thermo fans, headlights, and a few other low amperage components) along side the braided-shielded, twisted coil trigger wires for a run length of approximately 2 feet? I could probably maintain a gap between the PDM harness and coil trigger harness of 1/2" or 1 cm throughout this 2ft run. FYI, the PDM wires will be exiting a MSpec bulkhead connector at a 90deg angle and then will run down the firewall, parallel to the coil trigger wires, inside a heat shielded-aluminum tube which is fastened to the firewall (engine side).

I have managed to locate the coil trigger wires away from other wires as best I can, but in order to keep my PDM power wire lengths as short as possible, this is the path I need to use.

I welcome your thoughts!

Thank you,

Neil
