Courses won’t play??

I bought the engine building course and it loads but won’t play? I can watch and load a 55 minute webinar no problem but my course won’t load at all... I can skip ahead in it and the picture catches up instantly but will not play. PLEASE HELP!!

Hi Parker, I'm sorry to hear this and sorry about the slow reply. The most common issues we have on this front is where people are not using the latest version of Google Chrome. Try installing/updating if you haven't already. If you can't solve this then please email support@hpacademy.com and one of the team will be able to help you out.
