Struggling to find room to effectively run a turbo drain back to the sump. Can it drain into the front of timing cover aprox 1/2 way down? Its still well below turbo. (LS engine)

Hi Shane it is not ideal because of the temperature of the oil coming from the turbo in my opinion, but i wouldn't say no if it makes life easier, try and baffle it away from the timing chain as much as possible, (there is a lot of windage in that area)

Regards Ross

Provided there is a good fall, returning well above oil level is a safe bet as you won't block the return up under hard cornering with oil surge.

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
