Hello there! I just took apart a recently rebuilt engine (2JZ) after about 300 miles of run time due to a noisy valve-train. Upon disassembly, I notice there seems to be some pitting marks in the #1 and #6 cylinder combustion chambers. The ignition timing on the ecu and the pulley are in sync. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you

Note: the cyl head was welded and skimmed as there was some coolant passage corrosion which needed to be fixed. During the run in period, the engine had an rpm limit set at 3200 rpm and never crossed that limit. I have also attached an image of my timing map for reference.
