Crank Sensor Blip

Engine runs and idles fine, but at higher rpm getting some noise on the crank sensor input, where it drops to 0 then reading returns (blue trace is rpm). This is then messing with engine sync, brielfy sending it into stopped, then 360 then back to 720. What could be causing this?
