What’s the difference between a burble/crackle tune and an anti-lag between shifts tune?

A burble tune sets ignition to near 0 timing and riches fuel in decel areas?

A anti-lag tune sets ignition near 0 or past and riches fuel at low MAP in between shifts or momentarily on-off throttle?

are these similar conditions?

An anti lag setup will have a higher throttle opening to increase the airflow through an engine, and run 20-30 degrees ATDC to try and shift a lot of combustion energy into the exhaust to spin up the turbine.

One is a motorsport function, and the other is for noise.
