Guys,

Last night I just realized that my fuel trims are around-10% when coasting down a hill in neutral and are between +/-5% if I stand still with the car.

Any idea on what is causing this? I did not find any tables in EcuEdit that would influence this.

Attached are two example logs for your reference.

(car is a 07 Hawk STi)

Haven't had a chance to check out the logs, but I will say that +/- 5% short term fuel trim is fine and even 10% in decel isn't a huge concern... you will see that on stock cars all the time. Once your long term trim starts moving a lot (or if short term starts clipping at the limits) you've got a problem.

Ray,

I am perfectly happy with the +/-5% trim at idle when standing with the car, but with that in mind I never thought idle trims can be so distinctly shifted with 10% when you are rolling along with the car down hill in neutral and idling.

So if that is a generic behavior, I am fine with that, I am just not sure about that and was curious to see if others experienced the same or not.
