Hi, I have a 2013 Subaru STI that is having erratic AVCS (VVT) cycling on and off under load. In the attach image you can see the AVCS cycling on and off. Could this be caused by a tune? I'm open to suggestions as all 4 cam gears and solenoids were replaced and the issue persisted. Both with a COBB ProTune and an EcuTek protune. Thank you.
