I have an S2000 with an AEM Infinity ECU and I'm installing the Kraftwerks supercharger kit. It uses Grams Performance 1000cc injectors and 320lph fuel pump. I purchased a Skunk2 4 bar MAP sensor as well. I need to configure my tune to a base map to where I can drive it to a real tuner with a dyno. The shop is over an hour away. Here are some assumptions I have: modify injector, fuel pump, and MAP sensor in engine setup. Do I need to change any of the fuel or MAP tables or can I just drive it lightly and make it to my tuner? Thanks!

Your assumptions are pretty much on point. Change the MAP sensor scaling so the MAP input to the ECU is still reading correctly. You will need to rescale the fuelling to suit the larger injectors and make sure your AFR is still on target in the cruise areas. Beyond this you will need to rescale your ignition and fuel maps into the positive boost areas and I'd suggest both adding some additional fuel in these areas and removing timing. With the centrifugal SC design you won't see much boost at low rpm so provided you take it very easy on the way to the dyno you shouldn't have any trouble - I'd definitely resist that overwhelming urge to put your foot down and 'see how she goes' though (I know it's hard).

If possible when rescaling the fuel supply it's useful to have a wideband on the car so you can confirm your mixtures are on point.
