Due to the fact that the EMU classic ecumaster manual is not complete and some have to be guessed, I have a few questions. I don't like the response to the gas pedal and the VE map is very inconsistent (to maintain the correct AFR). Volvo B230 FK engine, i.e. 4 cylinders, firing order 1342, trigger on the crankshaft 60-2 and an added trigger on the camshaft giving one signal per camshaft rotation. And here is the first question, should this signal from camschaft be at the TDC point of cylinder 1 or does it not matter for the EMU for synchronization? I selected the secondary trigger type "1tooth" correctly? In the logs CAM1 angle shows -630 degrees, CAM sync trigger tooth shows 104

Injectors connected sequentially to outputs 1,2,3,4, ignition wasted spark out1 cylinders 1,4 and out2 cylinders 2,3 and here the question is that it would work in the sequentiall injection with wasted spark? injectors phase settings is now:

injectors phase 1 ignition event 1

injectors phase 2 ignition event 4

injectors phase 3 ignition event 2

injectors phase 4 ignition event 3

?

ignition output is set:

event 1 output 1

event 2 output 2

event 3 output 1

event 4 output 2

Does the choice of injectors angle control affect the choice of injection type (sequence, half-sequence, full group)?

in the attach file is my triggers scope log

Hey, I'll try to answer some of your questions.

"And here is the first question, should this signal from camschaft be at the TDC point of cylinder 1 or does it not matter for the EMU for synchronization?"

It doesn't matter, as explained in the manual. The 1 tooth on the camshaft will get picked up by the sensor, then it will wait for the missing tooth on the primary to identify tooth 0.

Your injection phase doesn't follow your firing order which might not help. Here's my setting I use for a SR20DET, which is fully sequential Inj and Ign. Make sure to use End of Injection (table) in the phase setting, because if you leave it at "start at ignition event", your injector and coil will fire at the same time.

Hope it helps,

Frank
