Hello People,
iam new here and also to the standalone ecu thing. I want to use a Bosch 0280750009 DBW Throttle for my Volvo B230Ft Turbo engine.
This TB is already listed in the Mtune software as Audi S3 TB with some pre-settings. But iam not shure if they are really correct. I adjusted the motor feed forward spring compensation as maxxecu told me but iam not shure. I also did the calibration, "main throttle closed voltage" is set in the postion, were the spring puts it in "neutral".
But i have some difference between throttle target and position, especially at slightly open throttle. And at the moment the idle is around 1600-1800 rpm with idle control off and 0% throttle position.
So maybe somebody has experience with the TB or DBW in general and could maybe help me out with like a step by step setup to make it run correctly?

The "neutral" position is not the "closed" position, you need to recalibrate the throttle body min and max tps voltages.
