While Im checking my gtr log I noticed some random numbers listed under “ MIL Source “

Im wondering what does that mean “ MIL Source “ ?

MIL stands for Malfunction Indicator Light (the "Check Engine" like on your dash). The source would be the reason the light is illuminated.
