Mustang TPS

I have an aftermarket throttle body which uses a 86-93 Mustang TPS.

I have ordered one more of more popular ones available from Amazon but have found that it is not accurate at all and readingsbcan vary by up to 2-3% with the throttle fully closed. Movement does not feel as smooth as my stock toyota sensor either.

Just wondering wheter this Ford engine simply does not use/require a precision TPS, or am I simply using a bad aftermarket brand.

Can someone recommend a specific aftermarket make of this Mustang TPS that can provide a more precise reading? Thank you!
