Noise , in short I can not get rid of it .

entire cas harness is outside the bike , same result . Nothing except power , ground , cas and cmp , sensor ground and ign 1 and 2 connected . Still does it .

shielded cable still does it.

Cbr1100xx 4cyl

wasted spark

speeduino dropbear v2 - new

Bosch 7 pin dual channel igniter - new

12 crank

1 cam at 105deg btdc

have tried everything

ecu filtering is maxed out .

desperate, does it need some sort of shunt resistor , what resistance ?

What HT leads are you using - assuming the coils are firing the spark plugs when the interference is occuring?

Some are definitely better at suppressing noise than others, also you could try resistor 'plugs if available in the type and heat range you're using.

So is it using dual output coils? Where is the ignitor grounded? What type of sensor does the cam use and what are the high/low thresholds?

Factory dual output coils

igniter has been tried to chassis/battery/head /block - all same result

ecu power ground to chassis/ engine / negative battery - same result

New factory leads - engine runs standard cr9eh plugs which are resistor plugs

cam and crank are both VR - scope attached - do not want to change to Hall sensors on this at all costs

The signal looks fine in that scope, was that with the coils unplugged or was the ecu still reporting an issue when this scope capture was done?

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
