StockGTO and repository tune woes. Please HELP and compare tunes before using them.

Due to a computer problem I lost my original 06 GTO tune but used a stock one from here and unfortunately unable to compare my original with one I got from repository. SO during my tuning I have been chasing my tail as you might imagine. Would appreciate anyone who had some professional insight on the changes I thought were good to make to the original I have aquired. Specifically there are open loop EQ table values and other seemingly blatant bunk values. Tune I made changes to be more correct is labeled stockgto2 and the one I have been working with is StockGTO. Any insight and advice is greatly appreciated if you could compare and advise.
