Hello everyone! Tell me please, why EFI car can't adopt for new high flow air filter or full exhaust itself? Is it because VE changes?

For partial opened throttle it seems that it can adopt. For example we have 50 kPa MAP on 3000 RPM. The number in fuel cell is 1000. After installing new filter we have 60 kPa (just for examle) and the same 3000 RPM under the same throttle. Number in that column is bigger than 1000. Does it mean that EFI can adopt to new filter?

But at full throttle there is no cells above 100 kPa so ECU can't enrichen it.

Are my thoughts riight or not?
