z20leh to z16leh

can anyone help, ive put a Z20LEH (2.0T) from a vauxhall astra vxr into a a vauxhall corsa D. the corsa d was originally a 1.6VXR Z16LEH.

both cars use the same Bosch me7 6.2 ecu. is it possible to remap the 1.6 ecu with the files from a 2.0 and repin the car side harness to match?

or is there a canbus aftermarket ecu i can use so the instrument clusters and dash etc work?
