Hi, I'm timing a BC 264 camshaft kit in a non-VTI 2JZ. I'm having a problem: if I align the EVO timing point, the EVC timing point doesn't match by about 10 crankshaft degrees. I've repeated the process several times, but it always gives me these results.
Another strange point is that, according to the chart, the exhaust camshaft is advanced 4 degrees when aligning the EVO.
Are you measuring at 0.05" or 0.04" lift?
At 0,05"
Do you know stock camshafts centerline numbers?
