I have a question now that we have covered traction circles and toe alignment. Would a hypothetical traction circle change as toe angles change? I mean, if we are to increase a tires angle with toe angle, and this angle creates scrub on a tires contact patch, would this in theory shrink a traction circle?

It's possible a toe change would could change the traction circle but it would need to be a pretty big change. Toe changes make more different at the initial turn in, and not much difference in steady state (Ackerman angle has more effect at steady state depending on the corner radius).
