Im halfway thru the vids. But dont feel any smarter, actually watching a couple of you tube vids, gave me more info.

It's going to depend on what you want/need to learn how effective the course is. Is there an aspect you're especially interested in?
I am, personally, in favour of checking multiple sources as sometimes it 'clicks more ín some parts with different teachings.

The HPA courses are generally more comprehensive, and the foundation comes first, practical info later, so completing the course is key to getting all the info. Let us know what you think after you've watched it all.
