96 Eclipse with an older 16g turbo (internal gate). Only making 7lbs of boost. I have version 3 ECMlink and no matter what Ive done I cant get more than 7lbs. Thought it may be something wrong with the ECM not activating the 3 port Mac Valve solenoid so I wired it temporarily where its activated all the time. I should be building boost to the moon as far as I understand but even with that I barely get 10lbs. Does anyone smarter than me think this is an actuator issue or something else like the internal gate not closing off? Visually everything looks ok....I am out of ideas other than to start throwing expensive parts at this thing.
