If it's not really about tuning or wiring. Then it belongs in here.

As I'm going through the courses to brush up on things as it's been a while, I find myself scribbling things down and it got me thinking about 3 books I own.

It's a series called Black Book (Fastner Black Book, Engineers Black Book, Electrical Black Book). If you're not familiar with these books, they are pocket sized books jam packed with information e.g. inch/metric equivalents, standard dimensions, fastener grades, reference tables, data sheets, equivalent charts, circuits, formulae, calculations, g-code for machining etc. etc.

I use these all the time, they are fantastic and way better than wasting time on google or wreaking one's brain trying to remember a formula etc. And it got me thinking this might actually be not a half bad idea for HPA to do as an additional learning aid/pocket bible with Formulae, principals, practices, tables, application charts, conversion rates, etc. Basically, just relevant core information for example what does pid stand for? or functions or the difference between big endian and little endian or wire gauge recommendations for certain devices or lambda conversions and percentage equations etc.

Think of it as the pocket tuning bible that you can just pick up and quickly reference the core relevant information and fundamentals you need, when you need it. While some things are second nature, others get lost in the memory bank. It would also come in handy when you're under the pump and draw a mind blank. (My Black Books have saved me more times than I care to remember ha ha)

Anyway, it was just a thought.

Would be awesome! Go for it!
