I have tuned the Direct Injection Engine but I got this same problem everytime. I Don’t know what I did wrong. Can anyone guide me please? The compression seal on the injectors always burn and destroy the injectors. Is there a tips for tuning this GDI engine? Thank you in advance everyone
Not att he moment - what engine is it you're having problems with?
I would suspect it is a problem where the injector initially wasn't fitted correctly and the seat/seal has continued to be compromised. Any leakage at the seal would allow the hot combustion gases to scour out the seal and probably the seat it's supposed to seal against.
