Hey all,

I'm in the process of installing 2 Ecumaster PMU16's to my car and i would like to ask if someone wants to double check my wiring specifications. I've found a local supplier that sells Tefzel wire in AWG 14, 18, 20 and 22.

I've just got to find the courage to start assembling the harness. Im really scared that i will miss out on something and end up with a harness that's unusable.

Added is the excel sheet of how i was thinking to do everything. Would love to hear your thoughts about it and if its good like this.

The car that it will be going in to is a 2007 Ford Focus ST, the one with the 5 cilinder turbo engine from Volvo, if that helps.

Can't open the file at the mo', Office is playing up, but unless weight or budget is a critical concern, I'd de-fault to the largest gauge the pins support for any power handling circuits - but I do have an almost pathological dislike of voltage drops on power circuits.

Failing that, size the current rating to the output/drain maximum, and the acceptable voltage drop on the circuit - it will vary with wiring length and return path, using the larger gauge of the two values.

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
