Most of my racing is Auto Cross with that said. How do you go about choosing the correct coil for the shock car set up. Is there a difference when setting up a road course car to an auto cross car?

There is a lot to be learned about autocross suspension setup (especially springs / shocks) from this website:

Thanks Ferguson!

It's going to largely depend on the characteristic of the course you're running on - especially if it's bumpy and/or rutted, and the vehicle. Oh, and budget!

For the most part, I would expect you to be traction limited, so a softer sutup may be in order, to better follow the track surface, possibly with a longer spring to lift the ride height to help avoid drag from berms or deep rut?

FWD or RWD, and have you a LSD or welded diff?

We usually reply within 12hrs (often sooner)
