Anyone care to share any pointers on dialing in the RDS 66mm 10 blade turbocharger? I read some previously post by Nick but the turbo manufacture is no help and just said the turbo VGT is similar to the Garrrett 4094

Also the trucks Baro reading is 2.5 kpa which isn't correct. Assuming these trucks take a snap shot of the stock map sensor in the Y bridge before the engine starts for barometric readings?

Jason,

It may be helpful to ask the turbo builder what height vane they use. In this case if it is truly a 4094 based turbo then the vane height would be ~15mm and the vane tables should look very similar to a stock LLY. That means grafting (I say grafting because the tables do not directly transfer) the LLY desired vane and vane maximums into their respective places. There's more fine tuning and PID control adjustments that can be worked out but simply changing to the LLY stuff will make a huge difference.
