I saw that you added 5 degrees of advanced timing in this module to compensate for the increased pulse with. How do I know how much timing to add and in which cells when tuning a different a different vehicle.

The only way to truly know is to watch torque output rise on the dyno. The next best way to is to watch your gauges and pipe. Timing should reduce EGT dramatically, and clean up the exhaust a bit. If adding timing is not reducing EGT, or if you're noticing significantly more engine noise - you've gone too far.
