hello i would like to know how to add more clearance to the bearings as you have said,note i learned to measure but we are talking about adding here.

i dont see any video where you perform this.

To add clearance, you use different bearing shells. Or you have the journal turned down.

As David said, some engines may have shells available 0.001" under or over sized, use one for 0.0005". You may have try different suppliers - I know KING bearings have them for popular engines, and can do custom sizes for a small cost.

The other option is to have the journal polished, or micro-ground, which takes off very small amounts.

What engine is it, and is it standard or reground (size?)? We may be able to source a supplier of suitable shells for you.
