I'm running into more and more applications where I am only finding reflash software or programmers where even an experienced tuner can't modify maps or anything. I don't know if it's the EPA, liability with insurance companies or what is causing companies to not let people tune. Have any of you ran into this lately? Where do you find software to actually reflash your customer's cars? Right now I'm looking at BMW, Kia and Acura vehicles that I have customers wanting tunes and I can't find anything I can actually program. Is it even worth spending over $77k on a Dyno if I'm having less and less applications I can actually tune?
