its not. letting me open the file am I suppose to download a app for that
Hey Juan,
Not sure what specific file you are having issues with, but you need to make sure they are unzipped and also are opened by the corresponding tuning software which the file type is for.
If you're not sure what that is, keep watching the course as it will all become apparent.
