Identifying Maps

I had a quick look at the contents of the Reflash course, but there doesn't seem to be anything related to how to find and identify maps in the HEX or 2d graph views. Even though I know how to find maps, knowing what they mean (essentially, understanding which map it is and why, or why you don't, need to alter the map) is a whole other ball game. Would it be possible to have a section on that?

Hi Theo, this course doesn't cover how to find or identify maps. The course works on the basis that you will be using either commercial reflashing software or open source software with a valid definition file. Building your own definition is beyond the scope of most tuners in the industry.
