I have a Subaru wrx and I'm using cobbs ots stage 3 map with maf and injectors rescaled I have 1000 cc injectors walbero 255 fuel pump perrin intake and turbo inlet tgv delete forged internals milled heads bored cylinders 272 cams full exhaust header to exhaust tip few more mods, anyway I retarded all timing a little even in low load low rpm and I get knock from 1500 rpm all the way up to 3500 rpm steady (-4.11) I cant figure it out also on idle if you have a fast change in tps it will knock.

Have you checked for anything loose in the engine bay? Have you done any modifications to the valve train? What kind of mounts are you running? Did you install solid engine mounts or something?
Yes fresh Sti engine mounts. Nothing loose in engine bay. Fresh valve train, upgraded retainers.
I'd suggest confirming with audio knock detection that this actually is knock. It is possible that the ECU is a little too sensitive with your rebuilt engine and is picking up knock that isn't real.
