VE subsystem tuning on the road

Hello there,

My question is about tuning the VE subsystem on the road (2013 Camaro ZL1). Looking at your tutorials there are some differences in setting the tune file parameters for dyno tuning and on the road tuning. For example in the on the road tuning for VE system there is only mention about disabling power enrichment mode whereas when tuning on the dyno, MAF inputs are disabled and Dynamic Air parameters are changed so that the engine runs only in Speed Density mode. So my question is, for on the road tuning of VE subsystem do I also need to switch off MAF inputs and enable Speed Density to run at all the time?

Sorry for any confusion, however the technique on the road should be identical to the dyno. To tune the VVE sub system you need to disable the MAF completely.
