star earthing webinar

my coils on my sr20det are the splitfire coils and coil pack. The grounding kit that came with this included 4 wires that bolted between the coil and the valve cover, and the other end crimped all 4 wires together on an eye terminal and bolts to the chassis. Having watched the webinar on star earthing, i am not certain if this correct, or if I should bolt them to the head at the strapping point.

Hi Ken, I'm not 100% sure if what you've described is the actual earth for the coil or some weird additional earth that splitfire have provided? What you've described sounds like a wire between the coil body and the chassis but the actual ground wire for the coil should be incorporated in the connector. This wire should definitely be earthed at the cylinder head.
