defining a multiplexed message in kvaser dbedit3

Kvaser dbedit3 is a very simple tool for creating dbc files that can be used for many devices and dashes from manufacturers like motec, haltech, aem, emtron, ecumaster, etc.

Just for clarification, a multiplexed message and a compound message are different names for the same thing. So in the course when we talk about compound messages, this information is super valuable.

Multiplexed message is a much better name TBH, but we went with what the convention seemed to be in the aftermarket ECU world.
