What if the AFR is 12:3

12.3:1 AFR is very close to most efficient spot (12.6-12.8) yet safe enough to run at high loads for NA engine...

For forced induction engine this number is too lean unless very high octane rating fuel is used and boost level isn't big (up to 1 Bar maximum)...
