converting to the ranking scale, do we add 460, even if i prefer to use,
(absoulute atmospheric pressure- 14.7 PSI ??)

hey Gord, my question looks stupid after i went through the whole module,
We do need to convert atmospheric pressure to the rankine scale so the equation and result makes sense.
