I've started doing the EFI fundamentals course and all the nonsense Imperial units are driving me mad. Any chance the course could be updated with metric subtitles?

As a little piece of advise I would suggest you to try getting used to that. The reason being is that there is no single standard in automotive industry and many great information sources are using imperial units of measurement. In my opinion it's absolutely worthwhile getting used to working with them so they become the second nature of yours. Otherwise you are going to have issues when working with data. For instance when I look at a compressor map and I see it's capable of delivering 60 lbs of air mass per minute I automatically know it's good up to 600 hp(give or take) and can establish ballpark by using easy to remember 1lbs to 10 hp rule. Had it been in KGs it would not be that easy... There are plenty cases like that so I would try to learn imperial units too for your own benefits.

Another example. Great tool for choosing a turbo (both- compressor and exhaust housing) but in imperial units of measure.
