In this video, Andre is increasing the MAP while still keeping the RPM at 2,000. I'm assuming it's with a turbocharger, but just wanted to confirm.
He does that using a load-bearing dyno. These types of dynos can hold the speed constant, and allow you to open the throttle to increase the manifold pressure at the same speed. Works for both normally aspirated and forced induction engines. One of the really desirable tools for EFI tuning.
