Is it possible to build a good race map without access to a dyno? I ask this question because each time I upgrade an engine component for my race bike it needs to be remapped. This becomes very expensive in the UK.
It's entirely possible but of course you have no feedback on the actual power and torque numbers. This makes it hard to know for 100% sure exactly how your modifications are affecting the bike's performance. Our practical road tuning course provides a thorough approach to tuning on the road, however doing this with a bike is going to add a layer of complexity as I'm not sure how easy or safe it would be to balance a laptop on the tank while riding ;)
Data logging is probably the more realistic solution for you.
