Not playing

hey guys can seem to get the video to be displayed. i can hear it but not see it.

Which videos - those directly linked or on Youtube, if applicable?

What device are you using? 'Phone - type/make/model/OS? PC or laptop - Wintel or Apple, OS? What app' or browser are you using and which version? Anything else you can think of to help?

Others have also reported occasional issues but without actual data to work from, it's difficult or impossible for the admin' folks to help you.

That you can hear it but not see it suggests the app' or browser doesn't have the correct CODEC loaded - try updating it or using another to see if that helps.
