Hello, does anyone seem to know the correct pinout for the Bmw M52/S52 hall effect crank sensor? From my notes and diagrams online it should be as the following:

Pin 1 - 12V

Pin 2 - Trigger

Pin 3 - Sensor 0V

OBD1 Harness for the Link G4X Plugin E36 ECU, I converted the crank sensor from OBD1 to OBD2 and heard back from the customer crank wasn't reading. He swapped pin 1 and 3 and then it read fine and car starts. So essential pin 1 is now sensor 0V and pin 3 is 12V. Does anyone have experience or knowledge with this happening? From all the diagrams I see online the correct pinout is as I stated above. I've also heard that it is possible for pin 1 to be trigger and pin 2 to be sensor 0??. Any help is much appreciated!
